Lifestyle of Teenagers

The development of teenagers now are growing very quickly
.That is different to development of teenagers in the past. the revolution of technology that
growing more advanced .It was make the
teenager lifestyle is more developing . Many habits of teenagers who
currently violates the rules especially in unhealthy lifestyles like do the
activity of life, spend leisure time and food habits. The teenagers now is
prefer to play games, watch movies, play on the internet, play social networks
like facebook, twitter and prefer to watch television instead of having to read
the book. Teens also prefer to spend time in front of the laptop rather than
walking or playing, swimming and do the other activities. It was very dangerous
for health and tends to make the
teenager was lazy to do many activity.
The
food habit of teenagers is also with with an unhealthy lifestyle. the Teenagers
usually hangout with her friends, and chose to eat at fast-food restaurants
such as KFC,McDonalds ,etc. Mostly, the teenagers like fast food not only fast
food is delicious but also more practical. Eating too much fast food is
unhealthy for the body . Fast food is contains a lot of fat and can lead to
obesity that it also can lead to other diseases and result in death.
To prevent unhealthy
lifestyle, you will try starting from now to change your lifestyle from an
unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle.Eat nutritious foods , vegetables and fresh fruits. Do the
exercise every day such as jogging, bike and many else. it will change your
life into a teenager healthy and do not
be lazy to do the activity. if you try to do that, it will make you more healthy.
